Views stretch out to the Ridgeway, and on a clear day you can pick out the Uffington White Horse. Coleshill, one of the best-preserved National Trust estate villages in the country, is just down the road, with a good pub and farm shop both within walking distance. Badbury Hill is on the doorstep, and wild swimming and paddleboarding are nearby too.
